Valuable features such as the TRM-Profi design and cutting chamber prevent water and debris from accumulating on the smooth, dome-shaped top deck while the flat bottom deck absorbs the punishment from rocks and stumps. The top deck stays smooth – no dents, no dings, no holes. The internal supports sandwiched between the top and bottom decks are key to the smooth and structure-free cutting chamber, while at the same time provide added strength and durability. To help promote safe operation, FORT STARK rotary cutters are equipped with front and rear safety-chain shields.

Chain cutters – These are recommended for use in areas where there is a likelihood of tree stumps and boulders which could cause damage to blades. Two high tensile chains are mounted on a circular boss and will lacerate cut material more than blades, accelerating the breakdown of woody and fibrous scrub growth with minimal effort.

FORT STARK has designed removable and retractable floating blades in order to provide a high-quality performance. They retract when striking into too hard obstacles. This technical choice spares the transmission and provides the tractor with a maximal protection against shocks. The aim of chopper design is to maximise the “tornado” effect created by the powerful rotation of the rotor. The vegetation is thus powerfully sucked upwards and held in the movement of the knives, even in the event of damp weather.
